Job Description: Outside Sales & Lead Generator primarily for the water division with opportunities in other areas.
You will be responsible for coordinating with both sales and service personnel within the company and provide training in regard to sales. Ability to present various in-home sales consultations, provide proposals, review leads, and follow up with customers on the provided proposals. Work with service personnel and train them on how to be effective in selling the products we offer.
Other responsibilities:
· Represent the company by having a comprehensive knowledge about the products and services we offer. This includes Water Treatment, Solar, HVAC, and other products.
· Train and motivate sales and service personnel to be effective in their various departments
· Develop monthly reports in relation to leads vs sales
· Help coordinate financing for customers
· Meet with customers and provide proposals for both self-generated and company provided leads
· Continue education in our field and provide staff with resources and updates
· Follow up with customers post sales for satisfaction, surveys, & reviews
· Keeping track of daily schedule
· Selling & Cross-selling
Compensation:
· Base Pay: $900-$1200/wk based on experience (Average hours per week: 45)
· Company Spiff Program: (Weekly spiff program averages $180-$250/wk)
