We are looking for an individual, who loves working in a fast-paced environment and who is willing to learn and grow with our agency.

Job Summary
The Sales Specialist role markets, prospects, and sells American Family Insurance products in all product lines. Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customers' needs, and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. Promotes brand awareness through participation in agency and community events.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work.
• Active involvement in the local community
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers.

Requirements

• Meet new business monthly production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and issue the policies correctly.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, policy changes and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Property & Casualty & life insurance license is required.
