Job Summary

We're on the lookout for a talented individual who can gather business requirements, drive process enhancements, and provide essential support to our core business teams. Your proficiency in ERP systems will be instrumental in implementing and improving new and existing business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert and main contact for our core business users, offering valuable insights and support.
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders to grasp business, financial, and operational requirements, ensuring projects are executed effectively and prioritized for maximum ROI.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve systemic issues, promptly communicating findings to management and affected groups/users.
• Enhance business process efficiency and productivity by configuring key modules and providing ongoing support to the business.
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements, recommending innovative solutions to drive business success.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from analysis and functional design to configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality in deliverables, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in system and functional testing.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases, executing thorough functional testing to validate system integrity.
• Ensure robust documentation is in place to support new, enhanced, and existing business processes in line with business requirements.
• Offer additional support to the business by addressing requests, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to core business function members, sharing expertise on business processes.
• Facilitate application integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party applications, contributing to seamless operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts/Programmers to coordinate coding/customization requests, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Accounting or Computer Science (CS)
• Nice to have, MS D365 Certification
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of core modules within MS D365 system, particularly in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and/or Finance/Accounting.
• Proven track record in leading the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions and related systems, coupled with the ability to conceptualize business requirements and processes.
• Exceptional business acumen, capable of aligning technology initiatives with company-wide objectives to drive revenue and profitability.
• Strong communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and a history of thriving in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
