A DAY IN THE LIFE:

At FreightCenter, you will partner with customers who ship on a daily/monthly basis to keep their items moving across the country. Serving as their freight expert, you will determine the best solutions for their shipping needs, in return, creating long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

Guaranteed base pay of $15.50 an hour, plus uncapped monthly bonuses!

Take control of your earning potential! This position starts at $15.50 per hour plus monthly bonuses, with an average total compensation of $40k in the first year. Top performers can earn even more! Tenured employees have the potential to earn $85k and beyond!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email.
• Ability to actively listen
• Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. Proficient in word, excel, and Google Drive
• Goal-oriented

• Eager to learn and hungry for money
• ** PLEASE NOTE: all positions are in our Palm Harbor, FL office. We do not offer remote positions. **
• New agents will start on a 9 am to 6 pm shift, alternating about 1 Saturday per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound calls and emails to the leads assigned to you, No Cold Calling!
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships
• Apply different sales techniques to offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation in your work.
• Retain existing customers and explore upselling opportunities by showcasing the wide variety of services we offer.
• Consistently close deals with a focus on service-oriented solutions.

No sales experience? No experience working in logistics in any way, shape, or form? No problem. Many of our top performers were brand new to the industry when they walked through our doors.
