Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is a 100% commission pay and 100% travel milage reimbursement. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the B2B sector. You will be meeting with clients to quote business deals and from those deals you will be paid between 5% and 10% of the gross profit on the deal.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential clients, highlighting their benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong skills in analyzing market data and identifying potential leads.
- Experience with cold calling techniques and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required; strong communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel to client locations.
