Account Executive 3+ yrs. exp. req.

Express Capital Funding is a direct lender providing commercial working capital loans and merchant cash advances nationally. We originate, fund, and service all transactions in-house.

Express Capital is looking for exceptionally accomplished sales professionals. The Sr. Account Executive will serve in a role that engages business owners and facilitates the transaction through the lending process. Qualifications:

3+ years of inside sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas.
Proven top performer with experience in consultative value-based selling.
Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, be coachable, and want to make money!
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required, working capital financing, equipment leasing or financial services experience a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment exceeding company performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Etc.) CRM (Salesforce)

$20-$25 hourly + Commissions - First year expected income between $90,000-$125,000 with a (3) month paid training and ramp-up period. There is no cap on commissions.
