Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative / Inside Data Collector to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with dispensaries, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless communication between our sales team and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to dispensaries to check inventory levels and update sales representatives accordingly.
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives with potential clients or dispensaries.
- Confirm orders with clients and ensure accuracy in order details.
- Follow up on orders that have been delivered to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage communications and data within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Create and update documents and spreadsheets to reflect calls, communications, and inventory levels.
- Organize and manage customer information effectively.
- Utilize the CRM platform to track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Send out menus and reminders to clients for re-orders or upcoming promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer relationships.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
