Job Description

Our mission at Rezilient Health is simple: to make access to primary and multispeciality care convenient, timely and seamless. We beam our remote physicians and specialist consults into our world-first CloudClinics to collaborate with an onsite medic during patient appointments. That means a shorter time to diagnosis and more timely treatment for our members, plus a model that actually helps physicians to deliver better care.

Our tech-forward approach streamlines the primary care experience so our doctors have the time to treat our members as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. And we’re continuing to add specialty services and technology to offer the most comprehensive, convenient care possible.

Above all, we're making it easy for businesses to offer their people a healthcare benefit they'll actually use — and love. By providing same-day appointments, longer appointment times as standard, and a dedicated care coordination team, we help employers to reduce utilization of costly downstream care like emergency room and hospital visits. Bringing the entire healthcare system under one roof results in a dramatic return on investment for employers’ bottom lines, and for their employees’ health.

Rezilient Health is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to expand our presence in the employer and health plan market. In this role, you will promote and sell our innovative healthcare solutions to employers and health plans, helping them enhance their employee and member benefits with a modern, seamless approach to care that’s both convenient and comprehensive.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting health plans and employers to integrate Rezilient’s CloudClinics into their employee and member benefits programs.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including HR and benefits managers, decision-makers, and executives at companies and health plans of all sizes.
  • Present Rezilient’s unique value proposition through engaging presentations and consultations, emphasizing the convenience, cost-effectiveness, and employee well-being aspects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as marketing, customer success, and product development—to ensure client satisfaction and effective implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems, and provide regular reporting on sales progress and pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, employee and member benefits strategies, and new technologies in healthcare and virtual care.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and industry forums to represent Rezilient and establish new business relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within employer benefits, HR technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and the healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to HR, benefits, or wellness professionals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, benefits structures, and employer-sponsored health plans.
  • Passion for innovation in healthcare and improving employee well-being.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
