As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating clients on life insurance policies, identifying their needs, and helping them choose the best coverage options. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a high level of motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to put in the hard work necessary to succeed in the insurance industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Educate clients on various life insurance products and coverage options.

2. Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new clients and maximizing sales opportunities.

5. Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.

6. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build trust and rapport with clients.

7. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals and objectives.

8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

4. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.

6. Willingness to obtain necessary licensing and certifications as required.

Pay: $74,762.00 - $86,507.00 per year
