Subprime Manager - Canada One Dealer Services

Canada One Dealer Services is seeking a dedicated Subprime Manager to join our team, tasked with spearheading subprime operations within our franchises. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to accessible automotive financing solutions, especially for clients with challenging credit histories.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all subprime sales operations within the franchise, ensuring efficient and effective financing solutions for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume through subprime channels, enhancing overall dealership profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive subprime lending options.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on subprime financing practices and customer service excellence.
  • Oversee the application and approval process for subprime loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a significant focus on subprime financing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and effectively manage subprime finance operations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable financing terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering lasting relationships with clients and financial partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to subprime lending.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,651.19-$80,000.00 per year
