Job Description

Aware is seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for managing inbound inquiries, creating impactful outbound marketing campaigns, assisting with event outreach, and writing strategic sales communications. The ideal candidate will actively identify new opportunities throughout the customer journey and develop, test, and optimize strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads promptly, evaluate their needs, and generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives & Partner Managers. Qualify prospects through calls and emails for all outbound campaigns.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Design and action outbound marketing campaigns comprising of, list building, calling and crafting email messaging. Execute outreach of campaign using targeted methods such as LinkedIn messaging and account research to generate new opportunities.
  • Revenue Tech: Support the understanding, optimizing & adoption of our sales tech across the revenue organization (Cognism, Clearbit, SalesLoft, SalesNav, etc.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with revenue operations to implement marketing campaigns (ie. ABM Campaigns, Industry Events and Tradeshows) including planning outreach schedule, sales messaging, and follow-up activities.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and precise sales emails and communication materials that align with specific marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of Inbound and Outbound prospecting utilizing data to refine tactics and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with revenue operations to define operational process/strategies and optimize customer outreach. Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring CRM data in HubSpot and SFDC is up-to-date and actionable.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A track record of success in a metric driven environment
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a specific focus on SaaS environments
  • Experience creating outbound messaging, measuring results, and scaling those efforts
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Proactive and self-starter attitude, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
