Salary: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing
- Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license
- Bilingual in Spanish; will receive extra comp
- Current 2 years experience with Farmers; will receive extra comp
