Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic team dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to connect with potential clients, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and close sales from the comfort of your home. This role requires exceptional communication skills, self-discipline, and a passion for solar technology.
Responsibilities
· Identify and prospect potential customers through our CRM lead system.
· Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and explain solar energy solutions.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing contracts.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM.
· Continuously follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
· Strong knowledge of solar energy products and services.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,369.00 - $120,000.00 per year
