Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record in the freight forwarding industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international freight forwarding market.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized logistics solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and resolution of client issues.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
