As a customer service specialist at Accuenergy, you will be coordinating between Sales, Marketing and Operation teams, as well as our customers. They will rely on your prompt response with accurate information. You will coordinate request from customers and internal stakeholders with pre-set processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact on clients’ order fulfillment process
- Work closely with global customers, suppliers, and sales team to provide great customer service
- Process client sales orders and shipping documents effectively and efficiently. Proactively issue SO, PO and monitor open orders in the information system
- Communicate promptly with customers and suppliers regarding price, quotation, order status, production schedule and delivery, etc.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal cross-functional teams on order management activities
- Professionally address and resolve order and shipping issues in time
- Ensure positive ongoing customer service and support
- Maintain thorough understanding of Accuenergy products and services to meet customer needs and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated, service and solution-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & Internet
- More than three-year experience in B2B customer services field
- More than 2-year experience in management field.
