Job Description
Centura Tile is hiring for a highly experienced customer service representative to join our order desk team. They will work under the direction of the order desk supervisor and operations manager to execute a high volume of order entry and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processes customer orders, quote requests and other inquiries via email and phone
- Perform duties such as order entry, filing, resolving customer inquiries, showroom product knowledge, etc.
- Collaborate with order desk members, sales team as well as the shipping office to fulfill customer needs
Skills:
- Flooring experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/customer requests in a timely fashion
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
- Prior order desk / customer service experience
- Comfortable working with computerized systems for customer support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
