Strategic Support Manager

Are you an MBA graduate who is ready to accelerate your career? Cinch is looking for a Strategic Support Manager who is looking to develop leadership skills while supporting the Revenue Organization with insights and analysis to help drive strategy achievement. In this position, you will interact with senior leadership, as well as cross-functional departments, supporting the Revenue Team’s needs and participating in strategic decision-making. This exposure bridges theory and practice, offering a comprehensive view of business and revenue operations.

The Strategic Support Manager manages and oversees operational and strategic support services and programs for a large, organizationally complex revenue department consisting of multiple and diverse go-to market channels and programs. In this role, you support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and other Expanded Leadership Team (ELT) as required. The Strategic Support Manager oversees research, collection, reporting, and interpretation of complex data and related information, and develops presentations, dashboards, and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Gathering – Serves as the revenue team steward of internal data from various sources including cross-functional data from finance, business intelligence, marketing, operations, retention, and product, as well as external data from partners and other external data sources.
  • Reporting and Analysis – Leverages analytical insights coupled with strategic thinking to build reports and dashboards to assist in internal and external presentations.
  • Strategic Decision Making - Utilizes deep financial insights to assist the Chief Revenue Officer and Revenue team leadership with decision-making
  • Strategic Analysis – by asking questions, doing research, and overlaying internal data aids Revenue team leadership with analyzing deals, opportunities, and strategies.
  • Interacts with senior management and administrators within Cinch and, as appropriate, represents and promotes the development of strategic projects.
  • Coordinates the administration of multiple strategic projects and serves as a principal point of liaison between program principals, administrators, and funding sources.
  • Provides direction and integrative coordination in the planning, development, and implementation of sales projects.
  • Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of reports, presentations, and required assignments from the CRO.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Ability to develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Program planning and implementation skills.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Knowledge of management principles and practices.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Employee development and performance management skills.
  • Ability to identify and interpret long-term information system needs on an organizational basis.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skill required
  • Microstrategy and Salesforce experience preferred

Education Requirements

  • MBA graduate from an accredited university; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
