Job Summary: Toy Land Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with over 3 years of experience, and a proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships. This role involves cold calling and business development to drive sales and revenue growth within our wholesale sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to expand the customer base
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in wholesale or retail
- Strong background in cold calling and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Customer-focused with a commitment to achieving results
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
