Ratana is looking for a Contract Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in their Vancouver head office. The candidate will need to be a motivated self-starter who is passionate about sales and building relationships. Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver presentations for architects, designers, purchasers, and stakeholders.
- Innovate and provide solutions, including quotes, to meet client needs.
- Drive sales through effective negotiation and closure.
- Ensure both company and client satisfaction by managing existing accounts diligently.
- Cultivate customer relationships and stay updated on market trends.
- Manage day-to-day customer inquiries with team support.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Proactively seek new business through prospecting and project conversion.
- Expand accounts for existing corporate clients based on specifications.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record with strong client relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently within defined sales strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury or design.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
