Billing Coordinator

Description:

• 70% of the time this role will be supporting the divisional lead with administrative support.
• 20% of the role will be dealing with basic accounting - setting up billing for new customers, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting.
• 10% of the time be responsible for communicating with field employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 Years CS experience
• Must be proficient with Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ERP system (Microsoft AX) preferably.
• Billing experience - Ability to set up new customers
• Generate and send reports
• Excel - Spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
