Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate and a knack for building strong client relationships. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and guiding clients through the initial stages of the real estate sales process. Our Inside Sales agents work with warm leads generated by our marketing only, NO COLD CALLING. Agents who love this position are successful sales people and could continue earning a good living in regular real estate sales if they had to, but prefer a set schedule with their free time really, totally free to enjoy with family or other interests, and regular, dependable pay. The position offers a base salary plus the bonus based on production.
This is not a remote position and does require a Texas Real Estate License. If you are currently licensed or pursuing your real estate license you are encouraged to apply.
