Ancira-Winton Chevrolet in San Antonio is currently conducting interviews for an Automotive Business Development Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator communicates with customers, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, and Service persons to assist customers planning to visit our dealership and drive the vehicle(s) that best suit their needs. The Sales Appointment Coordinator is often the FIRST contact by the Customer. Qualified applicants must competently represent the dealership in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
Schedule: Sunday 10:30am-7pm work this day off Saturday; Saturday 9am-4pm work this day off Sunday; Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm and 12pm-9pm. One day off during the week; one day plus Saturday off weekly with alternating Saturday required 1x per month (off the matching Sunday).
Responsibilities: Provide knowledgeable assistance matching the variety of Chevy and Used Vehicle makes to suit the customer's desires. Knowledge of 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, towing capacities, and similar is helpful/expected.
· Receive incoming internet leads, phone calls, and online chats from customers
· Respond promptly and appropriately with the goal of setting an appointment for a visit
· Follow up with all customers who do not set an appointment initially to ensure the highest level of customer service
· Document all customer contact in the CRM tool
· Document all customers, appointments, shows on the BDC Smartsheet
· Assign leads and appointment to Sales Associates in accordance with the batting order
· Follow scripts for incoming phone calls
· Follow the process for outgoing emails and follow up
· Directing non-sales customers to the appropriate person/department
· Work with the other BDC Sales Appointment Coordinators to provide a seamless experience for our customers
· Answer phones with the best quality greeting
· Work with all stores to stay abreast of incentives and programs
· Handle customer concerns with integrity, poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for resolution
· Use the many different technology tools effectively and efficiently
Qualifications:
· Must be a proficient LISTENER and typist to accurately hear the customer's needs
· Must be well spoken and be able to speak and write with proper grammar and punctuation
· Proficiency with basic computer programs such as word, excel
· Proficient use of different web browsers
· Sales or customer service experience
· A positive attitude and desire to succeed
· Ability to multi-task
· Cell phone usage from work station limited to work related communication
· Adhere to scheduled hours and reliably report to work on time
· Represent Ancira Auto Group with the highest level of customer service and professionalism

- Automotive: 1 year (Preferred)
