Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify market trends and customer needs, leveraging technology sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations, to promote our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.45-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
