Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and identify potential customers through outbound calling and prospecting efforts on already quoted customers.
- Educate customers on Basement Systems of Indiana's products and services, including waterproofing systems, foundation repair solutions, and basement finishing options.
- Close sales by effectively presenting proposals, overcoming objections, and negotiating terms to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
- Be able to communicate with manager when negotiating contract terms.
What we need for this role:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a phone-based or inside sales role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively convey product information.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover customer needs.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attendance at weekly sales meetings.
