- Accounting and bookkeeping functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable & collections, lease administration
- Process supplier invoices and cheque runs
- Generate sales invoices and recording payments
- Communicate with clients and/or vendors through phone and email regarding accounting related matters such as delinquent payments
- Support Finance Manager in preparing year-end financial statements for both Canada and the U.S.
- Assist with U.S. payroll processing and provide support for HR Specialist
- General administrative duties including mail/courier, office supplies, banking and occasional reception duties, scheduling and filing
- Diploma in Accounting or Business preferred
- Proficiency using QuickBooks (preferred) or similar accounting program
- MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Intercompany billing and US sales tax experience an asset
