Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow sales in the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. A new Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospective and current clients who need insurance.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding insurance policies and coverage options.
- Analyze insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Assist with insurance sales process, including preparing quotes, completing applications, and processing policy changes.
- Communicate with clients to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Experience:

-Previous Experience a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong background in retail sales or telemarketing is a plus..
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
