Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute powerful sales plans to surpass targets in key sectors including real estate and residential remodeling.
  • Harness networking, cold calling, and existing relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to discover their needs and propose customized solutions that highlight the unique benefits of ECOMOD Ventures.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to ignite interest and close sales.
  • Skillfully negotiate and seal contracts, ensuring both client delight and enduring partnerships.
  • Keep meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions, utilizing our CRM system to enhance business decisions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to seize market trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide essential feedback to our product development teams to help steer future product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales within real estate, residential remodeling, solar, or automotive sectors, with a robust history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Stellar negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strategic mindset.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and sales best practices.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
