Position Overview
We are looking for talented individuals for our open Sales Manager role. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and managing client accounts to drive revenue growth. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage key client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to sales personnel to enhance their skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a related industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop action plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in account management and building client relationships
- Nice to have: Experience as a manufacturing consultant
Benefits
Base Salary: $ 60-80K
Commission: 2.5% of yearly gross sales, once the gross sales numbers are met.
Vacation : 2 weeks PTO
Work Hours : 40 hours per week
Expenses : Reimbursed
