As an Account Executive at Group Quest, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere where you will be motivated to provide quality work and excited to see the results of meeting your targets. As an Account Executive you will be focused on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth.

What you’ll do as a Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes:
Coordinate: with Financial Analyst to provide direction and broker communications while providing support for groups up to 50 lives
Analyze: with a “think outside the box” approach to solve problems and prepare proposals or alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans
Process: sale documents for submission to insurance carriers and maintain open lines of communication
Grow – your skills and knowledge especially as it relates to the Group Benefits industry. GroupQuest is focused on helping people grow as individuals and professionals

All-star candidates will have:
  • 5+ years of experience in the group benefits industry
  • 5+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence
  • Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs

This full time role requires minimal lifting and working from a seated position for periods of time. This role is typically performed in an office based environment which may be at GroupQuests head office located in Mississauga, a People Corporation work center in Canada or hybrid.
