About the Position
We have an opening for a Sales Development Representative in our Alpine UT office. This position is full time (40 hrs/week) and will be required to work from 9 am until 6 pm (1 hr lunch break). In this position, you will interact with many VIP attorneys and executives from the largest companies and law firms in the world to provide quotes for our services, take their orders, and get the work started within our company. Confidentiality and trust is extremely important since you will be exposed to information that is extremely sensitive and secret as it is part of future development or litigation for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and find new clients
- Reactivate inactive clients
- Set appointments with prospects
- Maintain and exceed customer satisifaction with existing clients
- Comfortably ask clients for referrals after acknowledging satisfaction of services
- Track all outreach and activities with detailed notes in SalesForce
- Ensure all records entered into Marksmen’s system are accurate, detailed, and error-free
- Quickly move deals through the sales cycle
- Attend weekly sales training sessions
- Meet or exceed KPI’s for the role
- Coordinate efficiently with Marksmen management any client issues/concerns
- Prioritize deadlines of competing assignments and tasks

Experience
Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
- Internet search experience (required)
- Associate degree or higher (required)
- 2 years of account Management experience (preferred)
- SalesForce experience (preferred)
- At least 2 years customer service experience (preferred)
Intellectual property and domain name experience, legal experience or fluency in other languages is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the ideal candidate. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
