We are a local consulting firm with the purpose to create, develop, and execute customer service and sales strategies for telecommunication clients. Our team of dynamic & forward-thinking Entry Level Sales Representatives work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to produce impressive sales techniques and strategies that improve our clients telecom service awareness in hard-to-reach markets while increasing profit and market share. The fundamental key to our success has been our innovative, tenacious Entry Level Sales Representatives as they work the frontline with customers directly daily to help enroll them in our clients services and connect them with new devices.
We are currently in need of an Entry Level Sales Representative that will assist in the execution of our sales while working cross-functionally with our customer service team and managers. We are looking for an outgoing, positive, and solution-oriented Entry Level Sales Representative to expand their knowledge and experience in the customer service and sales fields.
Entry Level Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Help craft and execute all customer service and sales strategies for our telecommunication clients locally
- Manage all consumer engagement and enrollment using excellent relationship-building skills, consultative techniques, active-listening skills, and establishing trust
- Proactively monitor and identify potential product and service complaints, take note of consumer requests, and provide feedback to the client for improvement
- Work with customers directly to assist in their enrollment process by noting their confidential information, activating their account and processing their sales order
- Communicate and engage directly with customers to drive brand awareness, create new sales opportunities, and increase market share for our clients
Entry Level Sales Representative Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a client or customer-facing role
- Prior experience working in an accelerated and entrepreneurial team environment
- Knowledge of fundamental marketing or sales techniques and communication strategies
- Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive relationships whether working with clients or in a team setting with fellow employees
Entry Level Sales Representative Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- At least 1-2 years holding a customer service or sales position
- Experience working with clients or customers directly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
