With a focus on multifamily and commercial properties post-natural disasters, our company specializes in providing comprehensive solutions to minimize disruption for tenants and income loss for clients.

- Generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Act as a crucial link between clients and our organization, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Meet sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct educational programs to enhance sales in commercial sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Develop strategic sales/marketing plans for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.

- At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industries like property management, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in various sales techniques and active involvement in industry associations.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for client visits and events.
- Availability to attend networking functions in the evenings.
