Noble House Hotels & Resorts is excited to welcome a new Sales Operations Coordinator. This position will support 4 of our Noble House Hotels & Resorts properties located in San Diego; Estancia La Jolla, San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Kona Kai San Diego and L'Auberge Del Mar. This position is based at our San Diego Mission Bay Resort property.
The JOB:
The role of the Sales Operations Coordinator is to ensure that the operational and financial aspects of the San Diego Sales & Marketing POD teams are managed in a timely and organized manner. This position works to support the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Leadership team at our San Diego properties. The Sales Operations Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative support functions including, but not limited to, purchase order and invoice processing, and miscellaneous operations-related projects as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, purchase orders and vendor requests
- Maintain the Sales & Marketing POD Travel & Training Calendar
- Assist in the Sales Process, as needed
- Oversee the Gift Certificate program for all 4 properties
- Miscellaneous projects, as assigned

Requirements:- A true desire to take care of others in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail & time management in task prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)
- Ability to follow instructions to complete routing and non-routine work assignments with limited supervision
