We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest marketing/sales representative you will market prosepcts while getting your insurance license. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. We market enough for you to present 8 times per day. That does not happen in any other agency!
Salary: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Generate and develop insurance quotes,
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
