Position Summary:

We're looking for a senior-level professional in client communications to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is a communications and support role, not an advisory or fulfillment role. This is also an on-site position with no remote options. Relocation assistance is available. Those with experience working help desks, technical support, and customer success roles will be a good fit. Marketing experience is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with your assigned clients.
  • Communicate with clients on the daily - phone, SMS, email, and Zoom when required.
  • Create tasks and clearly communicate the client's requests to the fulfillment team.
  • Perform monthly review calls with clients to go over results, their goals, collect feedback, etc.
  • Onboard new clients to collect detailed information about their business and goals.
  • Walk clients through providing access to their social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc), Google Business Profile, CRMs, etc.
  • Train clients on using software such as file sharing (Google Drive), lead tracking, reporting systems, etc.
  • Perform initial qualification calls of new clients wanting to work with us.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer communication/support role.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM (relocation assistance available)
  • Jaw-dropping phone and communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized and able to schedule your days.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The pay range for this position is $26 to $32 per hour. Please be aware that the pay range indicated above represents the overall compensation range for this role. The compensation offered will be based on your experience for this role. It is not common to hire candidates at the upper limit of the range, as to allow room for future compensation growth and progression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
