Position: Business Development Manager - Staffing and Recruiting - Full Time

Pay: $70,000 - $100,000+ (1099 - Commission pay)

Spark Recruiting has been functioning in the Salt Lake area for 4 months and it is still a new area. We are looking for someone with experience in Staffing and Recruiting sales that has the ability to step into the Area Manager role within 4 - 6 months as the areas growth progresses.

FACT: Staffing is old and murky and we're here to disrupt and change it!

Staffing doubles the work of the client. They now have TWO labor reports. TWO payrolls. TWO clock in systems. The employee has TWO employers. Who thought this was a good idea and why?! Staffing is old and has been the same for forever. The worst part is it's very expensive. On average companies are paying over $3000 in fee's for a $17 dollar an hour employee and it just goes up from there. NOT ANYMORE.

"The Business Development Role"

Our BDM position was created for the hungry, self driven entrepreneurial minded individual who loves to build. We are looking for someone who can give a full focus for 4 - 6 hours a day with a strong desire to help us change the industry! This is a contract, commission based role. That means your schedule is yours to create. You work when you want to work. The commission rate is 25% of the revenue you drive. We also pay never ending residual pay which means you bring a client on one time and you will get paid every time we bill that client.

What you will do

You will do basic research, reach out, prospect and bring on new clients that need help with their recruiting. Expectation is 20 outreaches day plus follow up. Reaching out can be done from home, online or preferably and most successfully in person. We can train on both of these approaches.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful staffing and recruiting sales experience
  • 3+ years other professional b2b sales experience

  • Overall corporate recruitment strategy
  • Recruitment equations
  • Reducing “time to fill”
  • Reducing “average cost per hire”
  • Creation of recruitment processes and KPI’s
