Job Description

We are a family-owned, commercial painting company with almost 30 years of experience and we currently seek to hire a salesperson to join our team and become part of our CPS family and grow with us! You will be responsible for learning about our company and how we work in areas of painting and renovations. During the first few months, we will offer a salary to learn and be in the field with the project manager. After the agreed time, we will offer a basic salary plus the commissions per contract acquired! Pay would range from 100 to 200k yearly.

Details about the commission and possible income may be discussed in person. Our company closes contracts all over USA and we would anticipate many contracts per year with the possibility of more than double the initial salary for a committed salesperson. Our quality and dedication will do the rest and it will be easier to continue getting more sales in future contracts.

This position will require some traveling for possible trade shows, or sponsored events or job proposals. THANK YOU!

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales activities
Willing to travel to tradeshows, visit commercial buildings, hotels etc for exterior painting
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales in FL, TX, GA etc
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:
