Role Description
· Respond to daily customer (Canada + USA) inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and technical information via email or phone
· Prepare quotations, bids, and tenders for customers
· Ability to work around prices, calculate margins
· Work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support
· Orders / purchase orders entry
· Continuously develop knowledge of our bus parts products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales/customer service or related field, preferably in the automotive industry
- Able to response to daily request from our customer in a timely fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
