Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Food Plan Representatives to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. As an Inside Sales Food Plan Representative, you will be responsible for contacting provided leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone and/or in person.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Experience with inside sales as a food plan representative is an asset
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
