Sales Development Representative

PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads, honing your skills through frequent opportunities to connect with key decision-makers.
- Work with industry-leading software that sets the safety standard, widely adopted by top companies in the field.
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) who boast a 50-70% closing rate.
- Earn commissions on completed meetings.
- Gain hands-on experience at every stage of the sales cycle, with a short deal cycle providing quick wins.
- Contribute to a team of 65+ employees, including founders and industry experts, where your voice and input matter.
- Work alongside seasoned sales professionals with 20+ years of experience, committed to your personal and professional growth through mentoring and training.
- Travel opportunities to attend in-person events, network with industry leaders, and assist in closing deals.
Must live in the city of Chicago! This is a hybrid role!
Part-Time Position
- 30 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday)
- 2 days in-office, 2 days working from home (WFH)
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Bonus potential and opportunity for growth into a full-time role!
