We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ExperiencedHome HealthBusiness Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Excellent in service proposal and presentation.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Home Health Experience
- Proven experience in Home Health business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent strategic planning capabilities with a focus on long-term growth.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
