We are a Los Angeles-based healthcare education and training company that offers online and in-person classes, certifications, and additional support services to healthcare providers and the general public.

In business since 2018, we have witnessed substantial growth. Now, we are looking to hire an experienced and driven sales professional who can help us realize our goal of becoming one of the most recognized and respected education providers in Southern California.

You'll be working directly with the CEO.

This position offers a base salary of $77,302 plus commission, which will quickly increase to a base salary of $100,000 per year plus commission override once you begin managing new sales reps and they meet their initial milestone of $50,000 in revenue generation.

Great news! CPR, first aid, and fingerprinting, the main services for which you will be seeking group registration and business contracts, are requirements for several businesses. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Being an education training center, our main sales objective is to obtain group registrations and business contracts for CPR training and other healthcare classes. We are based in Southern California, but there is an opportunity for growth nationwide.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, account management, customer service, and outside sales.

First, the Sales Manager will begin as the sole Sales Representative at the company with a base salary of $77,302 per year plus 10% commission from each group order (e.g. if the group order is $1,000, you would earn $100) and a flat rate from each contract gained.

$200 - 1 year contract

$300 - 2 year contract

$400 - 3 year contract

$500 - 4 year contract

$600 - 5 year contract

Then, the Sales Manager will assist the CEO with hiring and building a sales team. For each group order or contract gained by a Sales Rep, 3% will go to the Sales Manager. For every new Sales Rep that generates $50,000 in sales, the Sales Manager base salary shall increase by $7,000 per year up to $100,000, plus 3% commission from each Sales Rep's group orders and contracts. We are pleased to offer performance-based bonuses and yearly raises.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

- Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated success in education/service sales or related industry

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
