Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Actively build and expand a book of business through networking, social media, cold calling, and incoming inquiries.
  • Originate business real estate loans focused on clients who specialize in fix-and-flip/hold properties and long-term investment ownership.
  • Manage and develop client relationships to encourage repeat loan activity to help clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
  • Price and structure client loan scenarios within quality, compliance, and organizational standards.
  • Be consistently self-driven. We help along the way where we can, but what your book of business achieves is completely up to you.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and well-established computer skills are required.
  • HubSpot and Lendingwise Experience a plus!
  • An NMLS license in good standing is a plus but not required
  • Proven people person with effective presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized, with a record of meeting targets
  • Energetic, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work and conduct themselves appropriately at all levels of an organization, from frontline to executive leadership.
  • Ready to hit the ground running! We are building to GO BIG; the more experience you bring to the team, the faster we can start building!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
