Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our recruitment agency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by generating new business through commission-based cold calling. As a key member of our sales team, you will be provided with leads and equipped with the necessary resources to succeed in this role.
Location:
Remote; work-from-home position.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients provided in our lead database.
- Introduce our recruitment services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Qualify leads to determine their recruitment needs and pain points.
- Articulate the benefits of partnering with our agency to fulfill their hiring requirements.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our senior sales team members with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling and sales, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
