Job Description
Southern 441 Toyota is seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our VEP (Vehicle Exchange Program) Department. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting and selling our vehicles, looking for opportunities that arise in the service department .
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation range of $50,000 to $150,000 per year. It is a commission based income, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits
- Manage and follow up on service customers prospects to generate sales
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and dealership goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and industry regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including holydays and weekends
