Position Overview:
As a 1099 Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business clients for Linked, LLC. We need self-starters with a go-getter mentality who are driven to exceed targets. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads, make cold calls, and network to build relationships with potential clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings to present Linked, LLC's staffing and recruiting services.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Work closely with our recruitment team to align sales efforts with available resources.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only 1099 position, with compensation based on a percentage of the revenue generated from new business. High performers will have the potential to earn significant commissions, with additional incentives available for top achievers.
