Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our wine offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the wine industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $114,611.95 per year
