Our client is searching for their next Counter Sales Representative to join their ever-growing team in Moncton, NB! The successful candidate would be responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling a diversified line of safety products via phone, fax, email and over-the-counter. You are the face of the company and will have the most face-to-face interactions with their customer base.
Perks and Salary
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- $20 - $21/hr
- Weekly pay, every Friday!

- Immediate Start!
- Greet all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging, and welcoming attitude
- Sell and support a diversified line of safety products via phone, fax, email and over-the-counter
- Delivering a high level of customer service and support upselling opportunities
- Handle all customer transactions in a timely manner
- Operate the store point of sale system to search for products and customer accounts
- Assist with merchandising activities, maintaining standards of appearance, overall product presentation, inventory management, signage, etc.
- Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
- Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards, and all operating procedures
- Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions and delivery/pickup of product as required
- A clean criminal record is required
- Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
- Experience in the safety industry also an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers
- Team player who works well with others
- Detail-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continual basis
- Reliable and dependable, able to show up to work every day and on time!
