Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound warm calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through excellent customer service
Identify and qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals every month.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Requirements:
- Obtain new sales opportunities through cold call organizing outreach to potential new customers (mailers, newsletters, etc.)
- Provided sales team support, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Possible on-site visits to discuss chemical products.
- Ability to host Team/Zoom-style meetings with potential customers.
- Potential for growth to Outside Sales
- In-office job with possible site visits.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with current customers to ensure all needs are being met.
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
