About us: Our company UCFS, is a logistics transportation company that has been in the delivery and shipping industry for over 20 years. We specialize in pallets to parcel deliveries throughout Southern/ Central California as well as providing services in Phoenix Arizona and Las Vegas Nevada.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at our logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to drive new business and expand market share in Southern/ Central California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.
- Selling our logistical services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in technology sales is preferred.
